摘要
以提高铸造铝合金活塞喉口强度为目标,利用TIG重熔工艺进行表面强化,并针对重熔区截面宏观与微观形貌,以及重熔区与母材拉伸性能的对比来分析TIG重熔强化效果.研究结果表明,重熔区截面致密,没有裂纹及气孔缺陷;重熔区内部组织及晶粒尺寸明显缩小,重熔区与母材的边界区呈现侵蚀状.活塞喉口重熔区的拉伸强度与塑性都得到了显著提高.
In order to improve the strength of casting aluminum alloy piston throat,the TIG remelting process is used for surface strengthening. Meanwhile,the TIG remelting reinforcement effect is analyzed through a comparative analysis between the macroscopic and microscopic morphology of the section of the remelting zone,the tensile properties of the remelting zone and the parent material. The results show that the cross-section of the remelting zone is dense and there are no cracks or porosity defects. Besides,the internal structure and grain size of the remelting zone are significantly reduced,and the boundary area between the remelting zone and the base material is corroded. Therefore,the tensile strength and plasticity of piston throat remelting zone have been improved remarkably.
