摘要 论述了在铝活塞激光表面合金化中试线的研究。为了适应大生产的要求,对激光表面合金化工艺、设备的几个关键技术进行了研究,经激光处理的CA498 活塞在柴油机上顺利通过600h 的台架试验。 The laser surface alloying of Al piston intermediate test producation line was studied.In order to meet the need of large scale production,the key technology of laser surface alloying and equipment were studied.The CA498 pistons obtained by laser surface alloying has passed 600h bench test successfully.
