4032铝合金棒材高温挤压过程中变形温度的模拟 被引量:3

摘要 采用有限元法对4032铝合金高温挤压过程进行模拟,得到了不同挤压速度和挤压温度下变形温度的分布规律。结果表明:在4032铝合金高温挤压过程中,变形温度随挤压速度和挤压温度的提高而增加。选取合理的挤压温度和挤压速度既能有效提高挤压过程中的变形温度,又能避免变形温度最大值Tmax超过合金过烧温度,并由此确定4032铝合金高温挤压的最佳工艺范围。 The paper presented the distribution of deformation temperature at varying extrusion speeds and extrusion temperatures in high temperature extrusion of 4032 aluminum al oy via Finite element model (FEM)simulation.The simulation results showed that deformation temperature increased with extrusion speed and extrusion temperature increasing in the course of extrusion.The paper pointed out that selection of proper extrusion temperature and extrusion speed can both efficiently increase deformation temperature and avoid overburning,thereby determining the optimum parameter range.
