摘要 为了对风电齿轮箱中齿轮的强度退化规律进行研究,基于马尔可夫过程的基本原理,以2 MW风电齿轮箱中太阳轮为研究对象,根据风速与齿轮应力之间的转换关系得到各风速区间所对应的平均应力及其出现概率;结合材料的S-N曲线,计算出齿轮强度从初始状态转移至最终状态的概率,并根据线性疲劳累积损伤理论构造出强度的状态转移概率矩阵;最后定义初始状态概率分布向量,结合状态概率转移矩阵,采用加权平均的方式计算出各时刻的强度均值,描绘出齿轮的强度退化轨迹.文中方法考虑了强度退化过程中各阶段的相关性,能够有效地反映齿轮在服役期间内的强度退化规律,对研究风电齿轮箱中齿轮的强度退化具有一定指导意义. In order to research the strength degradation rule of the gear in wind turbine gearbox,the basic principle of Markov process is based,a 2 MW wind turbine gearbox is taken as research objective and according to the conversion relation between wind speed and gear stress,the average stress and its occurrence probability within each wind speed interval are obtained.Then by using the S-N curve of the material the transition probability of gear strength from initial state to final state is calculated.According to the linear fatigue cumulative damage theory,the matrix of strength state transition probability is constructured.Finally,the initial state probability distribution vector is defined and by using the state transition probability matrix,the mean of the strength at each instant is calculated by the weighted averaging method and the gear strength degradation locus is characterized.The relevance of every period of strength degradation is considered in the method of this article,so that the rule of gear strength degradation during its service period can be reflected more effectively,having a certain guiding value for investigation of strength degradation of gear in wind turbine gearbox.
