摘要
提出评价结构强度衰减过程的经验模型———强度衰减模型。该模型提供一种新的测定材料和结构应力(载荷)—寿命曲线的简易方法。经过三种材料和结构件的实验数据验证,此模型可以比较准确、快捷地预测材料的疲劳极限和结构的临界载荷,减少测定S—N曲线所需要的试验点数。强度衰减模型结合强度增长模型,可以为基于结构强度潜力充分发挥的轻量化设计提供技术指导和评价依据。完善并应用这一模型,可以有效提升我国机械产品的轻量化设计水平。
Imitating strength increasing model presented before, an experiential strength decreasing model is brought forward. This model offers a new and simple method for measuring S-N curve and fatigue limit of a material or a machine part. The model was verified with test data of three instances of different materials and machine parts. According to this model, the S-N curve of a material can be measured with much less samples than before. Through the application of combining strength decreasing model with strength increasing model, lightweight design for machine parts can be carried out so as to ensure the material strength be thoroughly utilized within the service period.
