基于全域损伤测试建立的连续疲劳损伤模型 被引量:14

摘要 首先以韧性为损伤变量进行全域损伤曲线测试,以非线性损伤理论框架为基础,用测试曲线数据确定损伤变量参数表达形式,得到非线性连续疲劳损伤模型。该疲劳损伤模型与实验吻合。在此基础上导出复杂加载的寿命计算公式,并考虑平均应力影响。实验研究表明,在二级加载下该计算模型的预测结果是相当令人满意的。 First of all, the whole damage field curves with toughness that selected as the fatigue damage variable was measured, then on the basis of frame of nonlinear continuum fatigue damage theory, the expressive form of fatigue damage parameter was decided by means of the tested curve data, and a new nonlinear fatigue damage cumulative model was proposed. Comparison of the new nonlinear fatigue damage model with test results showed reasonably good agreement. Based on this comparison, formula of lifetime calculation on complex loading was derived and mean stress was considered by the formula of lifetime calculation. Experiment stated clearly that two loading prediction by means of this calculation model was quite reasonable.
