摘要 从全寿命周期主动可靠性在柴油机设计中的体现入手,依据疲劳累积损伤模型确定功能函数;通过循环调用计算可靠度指标等方法,确定指定寿命任意置信水平下的可靠度。以曲轴为例,考察了不同应力水平下疲劳寿命与可靠度之间的关系。提出了基于可靠度和经济性求解维修周期的策略方法,对于故障时间的分布符合Weibull分布的零部件,进行了预防维修计划的算例分析。结果表明,给出的方法既适用于柴油机概念设计阶段预定结构寿命下的可靠性设计,也满足柴油机在使用阶段对故障预报的需求,为维修决策提供支持。 With the initiative reliability of the whole life cycle taken into consideration in diesel engine design, and on the basis of the cumulative damage of fatigue, the reliability estimation methods of diesel engine are explored. Distribution of reliability is considered in a given life and the reliability at any confidence level is determined by cycle calculation. Taking crankshaft as an example, the relation between fatigue life and reliability at different stress level is explored. The methods of solving the strategy of maintenance cycle are proposed, which are based on reliability and economy. It is verified that this approach is valuable to make decision on preventive maintenance schedules by using numerical simulation of the part failure obeying Weibull distribution. The result demonstrates that this approach is applied not only to the reliability design of diesel engines' structure at conceptual design phase but also to the maintenance of diesel engines in use.
