摘要
铆钉连接在航空工程中是一种重要的连接方式,铆接接头也是影响飞机结构疲劳寿命的关键部位。本文选取航空航天工程中常用的带板连接件建立有限元模型,研究干涉量对铆钉连接件应力分布的影响。仿真分析得到了不同干涉量情况下铆钉孔周的应力分布,发现随着干涉量增大,孔边纵向应力下降,结构整体最大应力上升,其位置逐渐远离孔周。结果表明,干涉量显著影响铆接件孔周应力,在进行铆接连接件疲劳寿命计算时,不应该忽略由干涉量引起的残余应力场的影响。
The riveting connection is an important joint method of the aeronautical engineering.In order to study the influence of interference value on riveted joint stress distribution,commonly used lap joint in aeronautical engineering.Results are obtained by calculation that with the increasing of interference value,the longitudinal stress around the hole is reduced,the maximum stress of the whole structure is increased and its location gets further from the hole.The additional bending moment caused by load plays an important role in the surface stress distribution of lap joint.The results show that the interference value significantly affects the stress distribution around the hole,so the residual stress field caused by interference value should not be ignored when calculating the fatigue life of riveting connection.
