摘要
目的:研究口腔鳞癌组织里核转录因子κB(Nuclear factor-kappa B,NF-κB)和环氧化酶-2(Cyclooxygenase-2,COX-2)蛋白的表达原理和医学意义。方法:将样本分成两组,实验组包括口腔鳞癌石蜡标本共50例,对照组包括正常口腔黏膜组织共25例。使用免疫组织化学法分别测定两组样本的NF-κB以及COX-2蛋白的表达情况,依据测试得到的数据研究两类蛋白和口腔鳞癌间的联系和两种蛋白在表达方面的相互作用与联系。结果:正常口腔组织未见NF-κB和COX-2表达,而口腔鳞癌组织里NF-κB和COX-2呈现高表达(P<0.01)。NF-κB蛋白与此类癌症的分化情况、侵袭能力、肿瘤的临床分期及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05);COX-2蛋白与此类癌症是否存在侵袭性、肿瘤的临床分期及淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05)。NF-κB和COX-2的表达与此类癌症呈正相关(r=0.915 3,P<0.01)。结论:NF-κB和COX-2蛋白的表达与口腔鳞癌的发生、组织分化和淋巴NF-κB转移有关。NF-κB和COX-2两种蛋白在口腔鳞癌里的表达呈现出正相关性,说明两者产生了协同作用,共同促使此类癌症产生以及发展,本结果期望能用在今后口腔鳞癌的病理研究以及预后评价。
Objective：To investigate the expression of NF-κB and COX-2 in oral squamous cell carcinomas,and to analyze the correlation between them.Methods：50 cases of paraffin specimens of Oral Squamous Cell Carcinoma was selected as the case group and 25 cases of paraffin specimens of normal oral mucosa was selected as the control group.The positive expressions of NF-κB and COX-2 were detected via the immunohistochemical assay.The relationship between the expressions of NF-κB,COX-2 and the clinicopathological features of the patients with OSCC were analyzed.Results：There was no expression of NF-κB and COX-2 in adjacent tissues,but the expression of NF-κB and COX-2 in oral cancer tissues was high（P〈0.01）.The expression level of NF-κB was correlated with the degree of differentiation of oral cancer,the invasive nature of the oral cancer,the maligant degree and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.The expression level of COX-2 was correlated with the invasive nature of the oral cancer,the maligant degree and lymph node metastasis（P〈0.05）.The expression of NF-κB was positively correlated with COX-2 in oral cancer（r=0.915 3,P〈0.01）.Conclusion：The expression of NF-κB and COX-2 is associated with the development,tissue differentiation and lymph node metastasis of oral cancer.Their expression in oral cancer are positively correlated inducating they play a synergistic role in the occurrence and progression of the disease and were expected to be used in the assessment of the condition and prognosis assessment of OSCC.
