摘要
精准就业服务的提出为高职大学生职业生涯规划教育的改革提了新要求,也提供了新的视角。精准就业视角下的职业生涯规划与就业指导教学改革,紧密结合当代高职学生的时代特征,尝试构建一个"三阶段、四层次"的教学新体系,进行全过程系统化的指导。通过"二次精细分类,六期精准指导"的教学实践,最终实现精准培育,促进精准就业。
The concept of accurate employment service puts forward new requirements of reforming on higher vocational college students＇ career planning and employment guidance,also provides the new perspective. Under the new perspective,the reforming of the career planning and employment guidance is closely combined with the characteristics of the contemporary higher vocational students,trying to build a new system of＂three stages and four levels＂,conducting systematic guidance through the whole process. Through the teaching practice of ＂two steps of fine classification,six periods of precise guidance＂,the student can accept the accurate training,and support them to have the precise employment.
