摘要
为了进一步了解高职教育“2+1模式”和“现代学徒制”的实施效果和学生满意程度,采用调查问卷的形式从学生知识背景与专业认知程度、专业课程设置与学习效果满意程度、职业规划与发展等方面,对专业学习2年以上的普通班和学徒班在校学生进行调查分析。结果发现,高职“普通班”和“学徒班”学生的知识背景和专业认知度无显著差异;普通班和学徒班学生对“2+1”模式的认可度存在显著差异,对学徒制模式的认可程度稍高于“2+1”模式;普通班和学徒班学生对课程内容设置、教学设施和师资力量的满意度均无显著差异(p>0.05),但学徒班学生对师资力量的满意程度高于普通班9个百分点,表明配备专业师傅有助于提高学生对师资力量的认可程度;通过专业学习和实践,绝大部分同学对本行业有了更深刻的认识,且学徒班学生比普通班学生表现出更强的本行业就业创业信心。
In order to further understand the implementation of the "2 +1 Model" and "Modern Apprenticeship " in higher vocational education and the degree of student satisfaction, the present study was conducted by using the questionnaire based on the student’s knowledge background and the professional cognition degree, the professional curriculum setting and the study satisfaction, and the occupation development, to investigate the students of General class and the Apprentice class who have studied for more than 2 years. The results showed that there was no significant difference in the knowledge background and professional cognition of the students between the general class and the apprentice class. There are significant differences in the recognition on the "2 +1" model between General class and Apprentice class students, and the recognition of the Apprenticeship is slightly higher than that of the "2 +1" model. There is no significant difference in the satisfaction of students between General class and Apprentice class in terms of the course content, teaching facilities and staff( P>0.05). However, the degree of satisfaction of Apprentice class with teaching staff is 9 percentage points higher than that of General class, indicating that the presence of professional masters helps to increase students’ approval of teaching staff.Through professional learning and practice, most of the students have a deeper understanding on the industry, and the students of Apprentice class shows stronger confidence in employment and entrepreneurship in the industry than the General class students.
