简要介绍了沸腾焙烧炉的原理及相关工艺流程;对生产过程中遇到的问题进行了阐述,详细介绍了对系统部分设备的改造。生产实践表明,通过一系列的改进,沸腾焙烧炉工序的生产能力得到了大幅提升,各项工艺技术指标得以优化,实现了长周期稳定生产。
The principle of fluidized roaster and its related technological process are introduced.
