摘要
本文针对湿法炼锌企业生产过程中产生的铁矾渣问题,利用固化、稳定化和振动、压实等技术手段制备免烧砖,实现固废无害化和资源化。开展了铁矾渣制备免烧砖的试验研究,研究结果表明制备的免烧砖浸出毒性和抗压强度检测均符合相关标准要求,解决了环保问题,具有显著的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。
Aiming at the problem of jarosite slag produced in the production process of zinc hydrometallurgy enterprises, this paper uses solidification, stabilization, vibration, compaction and other technical means to prepare unburned bricks, so as to realize harmless and resource-based solid waste. The experimental study on the preparation of unburned brick from alum slag was carried out. The results show that the leaching toxicity and compressive strength of the unburned brick meet the requirements of relevant standards, solve the environmental problems, and have significant economic, environmental and social benefitst.
