某难处理硫铁金矿冶炼沸腾炉技术改造

摘要 某硫铁金矿颗粒较细,且含有害元素砷,采用焙烧+氰化工艺处理,金回收率仅有51%~63%,且无法获得高价值铁精粉。试验分析了硫铁金矿的物化特性,模拟了其焙烧过程,获得了最佳的焙烧效果及控制参数,并根据焙烧试验结果对沸腾炉进行了优化改造,以提高焙烧效果和金浸出率,获得低含砷的铁产品,从而实现难处理硫铁资源的高效利用。 The pyrite gold ore has fine particles and contains harmful elements such as arsenic.The gold recovery rate is only 51%to 63%when the roasting+cyanidation process is employed,and high-value iron concentrate cannot be obtained.The physical and chemical properties of the pyrite gold ore are analyzed,and its roasting is simulated to obtain the best roasting effect and control parameters.According to the findings of the roasting test,the fluidized bed furnace is optimized and retrofitted to improve the roasting effect and gold leaching rate,and obtain iron products with low arsenic content,thereby realizing the efficient utilization of difficult-to-treat pyrite resources.
