摘要
目的观察生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼在产后早期压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者中的应用效果。方法选取680例产后早期SUI患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=340,采用单纯盆底肌锻炼)和治疗组(n=340,采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼),比较两组的治疗效果和漏尿改善情况。结果治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的漏尿量均显著少于治疗前(均P<0.05),且治疗组的漏尿量和尿垫试验阳性率均显著少于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼对改善产后早期SUI患者的盆底肌力和漏尿现象具有重要作用。
Objective To observe the application effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscleexercise on patients with postpartum early stage stress urinary incontinence (SUI). Methods A total of 680 cases of patients with postpartum early stage SUI were selected as research objects, and randomly divided into the control group (pelvic floor muscle exercise) and the treatment group (biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise), with 340 cases in each group. The therapeutic effect and improvement of leakage of urine were compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P 〈0.05). After treatment, both groups had significantly decreased leakage volume of urine (P 〈0.05), and the leakage volume of urine and positive rate of pad-test of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise has important effects in improving the pelvic muscle strength and leakage of urine in patients with postpartum early stage stress urinary incontinence.
