生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼促进产后盆底组织器官功能恢复的效果分析

摘要 目的探究生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼促进产后盆底组织器官功能恢复的效果。方法选取2018年9—12月本院收治的100名顺产产妇作为研究对象,采用电脑随机分配法分为观察组与对照组,每组50名。观察组采用生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼,对照组采用常规锻炼方式,比较两组盆底肌收缩力评分、排尿状况评分、生活质量评分及治疗效果。结果观察组盆底肌收缩力评分(4.65±1.21)分高于对照组,排尿状况评分(1.16±0.03)分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生理功能(89.54±1.63)分、社会功能(90.28±1.67)分、躯体疼痛(92.54±1.37)分、情感职能(89.64±1.97)分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈电刺激联合盆底肌锻炼对产后盆底组织器官功能恢复具有重要意义,可显著提高产妇生活质量水平。 Objective To explore the effect of biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on postpartum recovery of pelvic floor tissue and organ function.Methods 100 normal parturients admitted to our hospital from September to December 2018 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to computer random allocation method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group used biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise,and the control group used conventional exercise.The pelvic floor muscle contractility score,urinary status score,quality of life score and treatment effect were compared between two groups.Results The score of pelvic floor muscle contractility(4.65±1.21)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the score of urination status(1.16±0.03)scores was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the physiological function of the observation group(89.54±1.63)scores,social function(90.28±1.67)scores,physical pain(92.54±1.37)scores,emotional function(89.64±1.97)scores were all higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Biofeedback electrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise is of great significance to the recovery of postpartum pelvic floor tissues and organs,and can significantly improve the quality of life of the puerpera.
