摘要 污油罐作为石油生产装置的配套储存设施,在石油化工等行业得到了广泛应用,但它也是安全生产事故多发的隐患。采用通用有限元软件ANSYS对渤海地区某项目的污油罐进行了结构分析,采用BEAM单元取代SHELL单元以减小罐壁的应力集中,增加横向连接以减少污油罐壁厚,优化污油罐的结构设计。经校核,该污油罐在正常操作工况和试验工况下是安全的,符合规范规定的强度与刚度要求,满足工程设计生产的需求。 As a supporting storage facility for the production equipment,the slop oil tank has been widely used in the petrochemical industry,but it is also a hidden dangerous place where accidents frequently occur.This paper uses finite element software ANSYS to analyze the slop oil tank on a project in Bohai bay.Beam element was used to replace the shell element to reduce the stress concentration of the wall of tank.The structure was optimized using the lateral connections in order to reduce thickness of the tank wall.It is verified that slop oil tank is safe under normal operating conditions and test conditions and meets the requirements of steel welded atmospheric pressure vessel.It meets the needs of engineering design and production and provides reference for the design of related structures.
