摘要
渤海某油田污水系统投用后,斜板除油器除油效率一直偏低,在实际处理量未达到设计处理量的情况下除油率仅为40%。进入斜板除油器的含油污水先通过聚结波纹板,其中较大油滴被上浮除去,较小油滴通过聚结成为较大油滴,然后通过斜管区除去。上浮至斜管区表面的乳化油漫过收油槽堰板通过收油管线进入污油罐,经斜板除油器除油后的污水进入气浮机。油田利用斜板除油器清罐的契机,对内部结构进行测量和分析后,提出改造意见。
After the produced water treatment system of a certain oil field in Bohai is put into operation,the degreasing efficiency of the Corrugated plate interceptor oil removal has been low,and the oil removal rate is only 40%when the actual treatment volume is less than the design capacity.The oily produced water entering CPI first passes through the coalescing corrugated board,where the larger oil droplets are floated off and the smaller oil droplets coalesce into larger oil droplets which are then removed through the bevel area.Emulsified oil fFloating to the surface of the bevel area emulsified oil diffuse into the foul oil tank through the receiving tank weir through the oil-off line into the foul oil tank.Then the treated produced water flows,the degreasing slop plate degreasing sewage into the flotation machine.When the oil fields cleaning the CPI,they measure the internal structure of CPI and analysis to put forward suggestions for transformationimprovement.
