摘要
通过实验研究,确定了锂云母通过硫酸盐法制备碳酸锂最佳的硫酸盐添加组分及添加量,以及焙烧后锂云母熟料的最佳浸出条件,并通过沉锂实验,确定了浓缩、沉锂、析钠、二次沉锂的工艺路线,为工业中试提供了扎实的数据支撑。
Through the experimental study, the optimum sulfate and lithium mica additions for the preparation of lithium carbonate by the sulfate method and the optimum leaching conditions for the lithium mica clinker after calcination were determined. Through the lithium carbonate precipitation test, the process route from concentration to lithium precipitation to sodium precipitation to secondary lithium plating was determined for the production of lithium carbonate, providing a solid data support for pilot scale industrial production.
