摘要
研究了棒状微细碳酸锂粉体的制备方法,最佳的合成工艺条件为:以LiOH和CO2为原料,LiOH的质量百分浓度9%、CO2流量1L.min-1,反应温度30℃、干燥温度200℃、干燥时间2h,制得长约5μm、径约1μm、视密度为2.9g.ml-1的棒状微细碳酸锂粉体,粉体的颜色极白,均匀性和流动性较好.
The production method of stick microfine Lithii carbonate is studied.The best processing conditions turn out to be as follows: Raw material is LiOH and CO2,LiOH quantity density is 9 %,flow of CO2 is 1L.min-1,reaction temperature is 30℃,drying temperature is 200℃,and drying time is 2h.The stick microfine Lithii carbonate is obtained,which is 5μm long and 1μm in diameter.Piled density is 2.9g.ml-1a,nd the color of the product is pure white,with good liquidity.
