锂辉石水热钾碱分解制取碳酸锂相平衡模拟与优化试验 被引量:9

摘要 在综合分析锂辉石精矿物相组成基础上,采用OLI Analyzer软件对LiAlSi_(2)O_(6)-K_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O体系锂辉石水热分解反应多相平衡进行模拟。结果表明,β-锂辉石在热力学上极易与K_(2)CO_(3)反应生成麦钾沸石和碳酸锂,当K_(2)CO_(3)加入量为K^(+)/Li^(+)≥1.4时,即可完全转化。水热试验获得的优化条件为:K_(2)CO_(3)加入量为K^(+)/Li^(+)=1.5、反应温度240℃、反应时间120min、水固质量比4,此条件下锂辉石中锂的浸出率为96.43%,最终反应产物主要为麦钾沸石与碳酸锂,与模拟结果相一致。 Based on comprehensive analysis of mineral phase composition of spodumene concentrate,OLI Analyzer software was used to simulate multiphase equilibrium of hydrothermal decomposition reaction of spodumene in LiAlSi_(2)O_(6)-K_(2)CO_(3)-H_(2)O system.The simulation results show thatβ-spodumene is thermodynamically easy to react with K_(2)CO_(3) to produce merlinoite and lithium carbonate.K_(2)CO_(3)can be converted completely when added in K^(+)/Li^(+)≥1.4.The hydrothermal experiment results show that leaching rate of lithium in spodumene is 96.43% under the optimum conditions including dosage of K_(2)CO_(3) of K^(+)/Li^(+)=1.5,reaction temperature of 240℃,reaction time of 120 min,and mass ratio of water to solid of 4.The composition of products are mainly merlinoite and lithium carbonate,which is consistent with the simulation results.
