摘要
采用Bys-201型络合剂在氢氧化锂完成液的碳化过程中分离钙镁硼,考察了碳化温度和时间、CO2气体流速、络合剂用量对钙镁硼络合分离的影响,确定了最优工艺条件。本工艺钙镁硼提取率均可达98%以上,产出的碳酸锂产品质量达到了电池级碳酸锂的国家标准。
Calcium,magnesium and boron were separated from lithium hydroxide completed liquid during carbonization with Bys-201 complexing reagent.Investigation is made on the effects of carbonization temperature and time,CO2 gas flow rate and dosage of complexing agent on complexation separation of calcium,magnesium and boron.And the optimal technical conditions were determined.The extraction rates of calcium,magnesium and boron can reach above 98% with the above process,and the produced lithium carbonate reaches the national standard for battery-grade lithium carbonate.
