摘要 目的初步探索3D打印技术在儿童脑部MRI教学中的应用。资料与方法针对研究生,讲解儿童神经发育障碍的多模态MRI,通过分析MRI读片要点、脑部解剖标志等临床考核成绩,以及脑部解剖知识点把握、儿童神经系统发育障碍特征理解程度等调查问卷结果,比较3D打印教学组与传统教学组的差异。结果与传统教学组相比,3D打印教学组在MRI读片要点、扫描参数、病例诊断描述、纤维束连接分区描述的成绩方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。3D打印教学组的脑部解剖知识点把握程度、脑部AAL分区理解程度、DTI辅助诊断作用理解程度、儿童神经系统发育障碍特征理解程度及临床康复干预中的MRI定位作用方面,调查问卷结果按较强、一般、模糊的占比统计,显著高于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 3D打印辅助教学模式引入儿童神经发育障碍教学实践,使研究生较好地掌握儿童脑部MRI相关的教学内容。 Purpose To explore the application of 3D printing technology in the teaching of MRI of children's brain. Materials andMethods For graduate students, 3D printing was applied to explain the multimodal MRI of children with neurodevelopmental disorders(NDDs). By analyzing the results of clinical examinations such as MRI reading, brain anatomical landmarks, etc., and according to the questionnaire results about the knowledge of brain anatomy and the characteristics of NNDs in children, the differences between the 3D printing teaching group and the traditional teaching group were compared. Results Between the 3D printing teaching group and the traditional teaching group, there were statistically significant differences in MRI reading, scanning protocols, case report and the description of fiber bundle connection and partition (P〈0.01). In the 3D printing teaching group, the understanding degree of brain anatomy knowledge,brain AAL zoning, DTI-assisted diagnostic function, the characteristics of NNDs, and MRI localization in clinical rehabilitation interventions were significantly higher than that in the traditional teaching group (P〈0.01), based on strong, general and ambiguous accounting in questionnaire results. Conclusion The 3D printing assisted teaching mode is applied to the teaching practice on children with NDDs,which helps graduate students master the MRI-related teaching content of children's brain.
