3D打印互动教学在神经外科医师规范化培训中的应用 被引量:21

摘要 住院医师规范化培训是基层专科医师培养的重要途径,3D打印医学为临床互动教学提供了新的思路和方向。结合目前我国神经外科医师规范化培训的现状,引入3D打印医学的方法,按照培训教学大纲要求选择适当病例,利用影像学工作站数据进行三维成像,进行实物3D打印并实施教学培训,利用3D打印技术激发规培医师的学习兴趣,培养规培医师的空间思维能力,提高其自身对神经外科疾病的三维立体空间结构印象,使其迅速掌握常规手术入路。3D打印医学不但是当前医学教育的需要,更是神经外科专科医师培养的需要。 The normalized training of residents is a major way of training specialist residents in the countryside or small cities. 3D printing provides a new thread and direction for interactive-teaching in clinic medicine. According to the current situation in normalized training of neurosurgical residents,3D printing medicine was introduced and used in training programs,with proper chosen cases and imaging working stations. 3D printing technology increased the learning interests of residents,improved the ability of space thinking,and elevated their construction of spatial three-dimensional structure. It could also help the residents to grasp quickly regular operation approaches. 3D printing technology is needed not only by the present medical education,but also by normalized training of neurosurgical residents.
