256层iCT血管成像对正常成人甲状腺供血动脉的解剖评估 被引量:9

Anatomical Evaluation of Thyroid Feeding Artery in Normal Adults with 256-slice Intelligent CT Angiography

摘要 目的研究256层i CT血管成像对正常成人甲状腺供血动脉的显示能力及相应特征,探讨其术前应用价值。资料与方法180例行头颈部CT血管成像(CTA)或颈部CTA扫描的患者,男女各90例,观测甲状腺供血动脉的起源、方位、内径及面积、最小内径及最小面积、长度、与起源动脉的夹角。结果甲状腺上动脉显示360支(100%),源自颈外动脉243支(67.50%)、颈总动脉分叉84支(23.33%)和颈总动脉33支(9.17%)。甲状腺下动脉显示262支(72.78%),源自甲状颈干240支(91.60%)和锁骨下动脉22支(8.40%)。甲状腺最下动脉显示1支(0.56%),源自头臂干。甲状腺右侧上动脉和下动脉的内径及面积、最小内径及最小面积、右下动脉与起源动脉的夹角均大于其左侧,右上动脉长度小于左侧,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性甲状腺两侧上动脉和下动脉的内径及面积、最小内径及最小面积、长度均大于女性,男性右上动脉与起源动脉的夹角小于女性,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。年龄与甲状腺上动脉内径呈负相关(r_右﹦-5.214,r_左﹦-5.215,P<0.05)。结论应用256层i CT血管成像可清楚地显示甲状腺供血动脉的解剖形态,为临床术前提供重要的影像学参考依据。 Purpose To study the demonstration ability and corresponding features of 256-slice i CT angiography for thyroid feeding artery in normal adults, and to explore its preoperative application value. Materials and Methods One hundred and eighty patients(90 males, 90 females) received head and neck CT angiography(CTA) or cervical CTA examination. The origin, orientation, diameter, area,minimum diameter, minimum area, length and angle with origin artery of thyroid feeding artery were observed. Results Three hundred and sixty(100%) was indicated on superior thyroid arteries, 243 originated from external carotid arteries(67.50%), 84 from bifurcation of common carotid arteries(23.33%) and 33 from common carotid arteries(9.17%). 262 were indicated on lowest thyroid arteries(72.78%), 240 originated from thyrocervical trunk(91.60%) and 22 from subclavian arteries(8.40%). One was indicated on the lowest thyroid arteries(0.56%), originating from brachiocephalic trunk. Diameter and area of right thyroid superior arteries and lower arteries,minimal diameter and minimal area, angle of right inferior arteries with origin artery were all higher than that on the left. Length of right upper arteries was lower than that on left. The difference was of statistical significance(P〈0.05). Diameter and area of bilateral thyroid superior arteries and inferior arteries, minimal diameter and minimal area, and length of male were all greater than that of female. Angle of male right superior arteries with origin arteries was lower than that of female. The difference was of statistical significance(P〈0.05).Age and diameter of superior thyroid arteries were negatively related(r右﹦-5.214,r左﹦-5.215, P〈0.05). Conclusion Anatomical morphology of thyroid feeding artery can be clearly displayed with 256-slice i CT angiography, which can provide significant imaging reference for clinical preoperative evaluation.
