摘要 采用响应曲面法研究温度、初始pH值、气液比及其交互作用对吹脱法处理废水过程中氨氮去除率的影响规律。研究表明,3个因素影响都显著且影响强弱顺序为pH值、气液比、温度。通过模型预测氨氮去除率在最优条件(温度为50.5℃、气液比为3126、pH值为11.5)下可达92.16%。实测值与预测值的相对偏差仅为1.95%,说明该模型对吹脱过程氨氮去除率的预测较为准确可靠。 The response surface method was employed to study the influence regularity of temperature,initial pH value,gas-liquid ratio and the interaction on ammonia nitrogen removal rate during the process of stripping treatment.The study showed that the three influential factors were significant and the order of influence was pH value>gas-liquid ratio>temperature.The ammonia nitrogen removal rate could reach 92.16% by model prediction under the optimal conditions(temperature was50.5℃,gas-liquid ratio was 3126 and pH was 11.5).The relative deviation between the measured value and the predicted value is only 1.95%,which indicates that the model is accurate and reliable for the prediction of ammonia nitrogen removal rate during the stripping process.
