摘要
针对承接垃圾渗滤液给城市污水处理厂的正常运行可能带来的风险,采用新型吹脱法进行垃圾渗滤液预处理,联合城市污水处理厂进行研究。结果表明,p H=10和反应时间3 h组合条件为经济性优化工况条件,Na OH消耗对应去除的NH3-N量为90 g/kg,在其工况下的NH3-N和COD去除率分别为40%~60%和35%~55%。未预处理垃圾渗滤液混入该污水厂的体积比控制在0.3%以内;经过预处理后混入体积比从0.37%提升至0.54%,出水水质均未受到影响,预处理至少可提高污水厂承接垃圾渗滤液量的80%。
Undertake landfill leachate would bring risks to the normal operation of municipal sewage treatment plant, a new bl0w-off method was used to pretreat the landfill leachate, and it was studied combined with municipal sewage treatment plant. The results showed that, the optimal economy working conditions were pH of 10 and reaction time of 3 h, the consumption of NaOH was 90 g/kg for NH3-N removal, and the removal rate of NH3-N and COD was 40%-60% and 35%-55% respectively. The volume ratio of non-pretreated landfill leachate to sewage in the plant controlled within 0.3%. The volume ratio was improved from 0.37% to 0.54% after pretreatment, and the effluent quality was unaffected, the pretreatment could improve the sewage plant capacity by 80% for landfill leachate.
