摘要
不能根据业主姓名详细划分相关业主信息,是现有小区物业管理面临的问题.基于此引入相关物联网概念,设计基于物联网的物业管理系统.通过系统的整体框架设计和功能模块设计,完成系统硬件的搭建;通过功能需求分析、性能需求分析、数据库设计,完成系统软件搭建.设计对比实验结果表明,与传统物业管理方法相比,应用基于物联网的新型物业管理系统后,各业主相关信息展示更加清晰、具体,大大缩短了业主相关信息查找所需等待的时间.
Problem facing residential property management is that the imformation of relevant owners cannot be classified in detail in terms of the names of the owners.Then some concepts related to Internet of Things(IoT)were introcued,and a new property management system based on IoT was developed.The hardware of this system is completed with the help of designing both the overall frame of the system and its function models.The system software is completed through functional requirement analysis,performance requirement analysis and database design.The design contrast experiment results show that compared with the traditional property management method,when applying the new property management system based on the Internet of things,the owners' information display is clearer and more specific,which greatly reduces the waiting time for owners to find relevant information.
