摘要
作为一种全新的人才培养模式,现代学徒制是对传统学徒制的一种革新和发展,凸显了职业院校与企业的双主体育人地位和职业院校教师与企业师傅的双导师作用,能够有效克服职业院校学生在职业道德、工作习惯、适应工作过程等方面的缺陷,是一种深度的校企合作、产教融合的人才培养模式。高职市场营销专业实行现代学徒制进行人才培养方案设计,还需要来自政府、企业、学校和社会四个平台的支持和合作,内容包括人才培养目标、课程体系、培养方式、考核评价体系。另外,还要从法律层面上为现代学徒制提供有力保障,从技术层面上提供支持,做好宣传,真正形成企业和高校双主体育人的机制。
As a new talent training mode,modern apprentice system is a kind of self innovation on the traditional apprenticeship and the development. It highlights the status of double main body in vocational colleges and enterprises as well as the role of mentors of professional college teachers and corporate masters. It can effectively overcome the defects of vocational college students in terms of professional ethics,good working habits,and adaptation to the work process. It is also an in-depth talent training model for school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education. Higher vocational marketing major carries out the modern apprenticeship in the talent training scheme design,which still needs the support and cooperation from the government,enterprises,schools and society,including personnel training objectives,curriculum systems,training methods,assessment evaluation system. In addition,we must also provide a strong guarantee for the modern apprenticeship from a legal perspective,provide support from a technical level,do a good job of propaganda,and truly build a mechanism for the double main body to educate students in enterprises and colleges.
