摘要
孔子课堂是孔子学院与所在国中小学合作开展基础汉语教学的分支机构,与孔子学院都属于中国语言教育服务出口的重要模式。文章以2004-2016年的孔子课堂数量的面板数据为基础,采用负二项模型,基于经济、政治和文化三层面来考察全球孔子课堂设立的影响因素。研究结果表明,所在国经济规模、中外经贸关系以及所在国中资企业因素对孔子课堂设立具有显著的积极影响,中外文化差异因素和政治互动因素对所在国孔子课堂设立也具有正向影响,而所在国孔子学院和中外政治制度差异因素对孔子课堂的设立没有显著作用。最后,结合研究结论,为孔子课堂在全球更好地布局与发展提出相应的政策建议,以更好地推动中国基础语言教育服务的出口。
Confucius Class is affiliated to the Confucius Institute,jointly set up with middle and primary schools in the local country to carry out basic Chinese language teaching. Like the Confucius Institute,it is also an approach China adopts to export language education. This paper is based on the panel data of Confucius classes set up in 2004-2016. It uses the negative binomial model to explore the economic,political and cultural factors influencing the establishment of Confucius classes worldwide. In addition to cultural differences and political motives,the results show that the local country's economy,its trade relations with China and the Chinese enterprises within its boundaries also play a significantly positive role in the establishment of Confucius classes whereas the Confucius Institute in the local country and differences between political systems do not show a noticeable impact. It finally suggests corresponding policies for better distribution and development of Confucius classes across the world so as to promote the export of basic Chinese language education.
