摘要
厘清分布状况与管理体系是实现孔子课堂优化分布与规范管理的前提和基础,也是关涉孔子课堂数量发展与质量建设的重要内容。文本基于孔子课堂自建数据库,对孔子课堂的分布状况与管理体系进行研究。分布状况研究显示,"一带一路"沿线国家孔子课堂数量较少,亚洲孔子课堂仅在2014年出现过较大增幅;美洲孔子课堂数量最多但内部分布极不均衡,拉美各国孔子课堂总量很少且增速迟缓;以发达国家为主的少数国家集中了全球90%左右的孔子课堂,却仅覆盖了全球13%左右的人口。管理体系研究显示,孔子学院下设课堂逐渐成为主要管理模式,非孔子学院下设课堂管理类型多样,文本就不同类型孔子课堂各层级管理状况进行了梳理,并就孔子课堂管理体系进行了归纳。文末提出了改善孔子课堂分布格局,启动重点国别和重点机构孔子课堂评估,建立片区管理中心、建立"普适+特色"评估指标体系等建议。
To optimize the management of Confucius Classrooms we need first have a clear idea of their distribution all over the world.Making use of the database established by Confucius Classrooms,this paper aims to study the distribution and management of Confucius Classrooms.We find that there are relatively few Confucius Classrooms in countries along the'Belt and Road',and the number of Confucius Classrooms in Asian countries only increased considerably in 2004.North America has the great number of Confucius Classrooms,but they are not evenly distributed.In Latin America the number is small and the increase is slow.90%of Confucius Classrooms have been set up in a few advanced countries,with only 13%of the world’s population.In terms of administration,most Confucius Classrooms have been established as part of a Confucius Institute,and the others are being managed in different ways.Based on an investigation of the administration of different types of Confucius Classrooms,this paper offers some suggestions for improving the current situation,such as working for a balanced distribution,assessing Confucius Classrooms in important countries or operated by important organizations,establishing regional administration centers,and so on.
