摘要
修订版《普通高等学校辅导员队伍建设规定》是新时代高校辅导员队伍建设的基本依据和根本遵循,厘清《规定》修订的相关重要内容与辅导员自身发展的关系,从"职业定位"看新时代高校辅导员的使命担当,从"专业化职业化"看新时代高校辅导员的发展目标,从"要求与职责"看新时代高校辅导员的发展路径。辅导员自身发展应首先实现专业化职业化,并力争成为从事学生工作的专家型人才。
The revised version of Regulations on College Advisors Team Construction is a framework document for the team construction of college advisors in the new era. It is important to study how the revised contents is related to advisors' self development and to see advisors' mission in the new era from the perspective of professional orientation, to analyze their development goals from the perspec tive of professionalization and specialization and to examine their development path from the perspec tive of requirements and duties. Advisors' self development starts from their professionalization and specialization and from their endeavoring to become expert like managers of student affairs.
