摘要
高校辅导员是大学生思想政治教育的组织者和实施者,理应率先加强学习,全面准确理解党的十九大精神和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想,应当增强学习自觉,提升自身理论素养,真正学懂;构建宣传体系,发挥协同教育优势,全面弄通;丰富教育形式,增强大学生思想教育获得感,稳步做实,切实增强大学生思想政治教育的针对性和实效性,使大学生对于十九大精神真学真懂真信真用。
College advisors as the organizer and implementer of students' ideological and political education should take the lead in studying and understanding the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress and Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Advisors must genuinely study the Spirit with increased conscientiousness and improved theoretical literacy,comprehensively understand it through systematic publicity and cooperative education and steadily implement it through enriched educational forms and enhanced sense of gain on the part of students so that ideological and political education can be more pertinent and effective and that students can study,understand,believe in and implement the Spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress in a genuine way.
