摘要
对PPP项目绩效的形成机理进行简单分析,得出包括项目本身特性、项目参与人、项目投入和项目发展过程的四个影响PPP项目绩效的综合影响因素。经过结构方程模型构建,导入问卷调查数据形成标准化的PPP绩效影响因素结构方程模型,得到对绩效影响效应突出的因素是项目本身特性和项目参与人。在已构建的结构方程模型基础上对PPP项目绩效进行FCM模型演化分析得到绩效演化曲线,得到PPP项目绩效对各观测变量的敏感性程度。进行因素影响分析,并通过诊断分析以及FCMapper分析得到最大影响因素为项目参与人因素。
By analyzing the formation mechanism of the performance of the PPP projects,four aspects of the integrated parameters that influence the PPP project performance, including the project characteristics, project participants, project investment and project development process, are obtained. Based on the structural equation model,the questionnaire survey data are used to form a standardized structural equation model of PPP performance factors. The factors that have a significant impact on the performance are the project itself and the project participants. Based on the structural equation model,the performance evolution curve of FCM project is analyzed and the performance evolution curve is analyzed. Then it gets the sensitivity of PPP project performance to each observation variable. And it makes a factor analysis,through the diagnostic analysis and FC Mapper analysis,this article gets the most influential factor which is the project participants.
