摘要
结合煤矿生产特点,建立了神东基于行为的安全管理模式,以补连塔煤矿区队安全管理为研究对象,对员工不安全行为进行了辨识、测量、干预及反馈,实现了对不安全行为的闭合循环管控。
Combined with the characteristics of coal mine production,the safety management mode based on behavior was established. Taking the safety management of the sub-unit in Bulianta coal mine as the research object,the identification,measurement,intervention and feedback of the employees＇ unsafe behavior was carried out,and the closed cycle control of the unsafe behavior was realized.
