摘要
针对目前高压大流量乳化液泵活塞杆往复式密封寿命较低的问题,通过煤矿井下工业性试验试用了3种油封,分析了其各自失效形式、特征和影响因素,提出了一种适用于乳化液泵活塞杆往复运动的可调式密封结构,该结构经过试验测试密封效果良好。
Aiming at the problem of low life which the current reciprocating motion of piston rod seal for the large-flow-rate and high-pressure emulsion pump. Three kinds of oil seal was tested trial for by the coal mine underground industrial,which analyzed respective failure forms,characteristics and influencing factors. A kind of adjustable seal structure which applicable to reciprocating motion of the piston rod of emulsion pump was proposed, the sealing effect is good after test.
