摘要
子宫内膜癌是女性生殖道最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其发病率仅次于子宫颈癌,但其具体发病机制尚不清楚。本文主要从流行病学、发病原因及机制、分子分型和肿瘤标志物等国内外研究进展加以综述。
Endometrial cancer is one of the most common malignant cancer in female genital tract. The incidence of endometrial cancer is second only to cervical cancer, but its specific pathogenesis is still unclear. The epidemiology, etiology and mechanism, molecular uping and tumor markers of endometrial carcinoma are reviewed.
