摘要
使用不同基本培养基以及不同种类和浓度的激素进行了软枣猕猴桃生根试验,以筛选适合软枣猕猴桃生根培养的最佳培养基和激素种类及浓度。结果表明:最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+0.4mg·L-1 IBA,其移栽后成活率可以达到80%。激素种类和浓度影响组培苗的生根,以使用IBA生根较好,组培苗长势健壮,利用此培养基生根后,移栽驯化的成活率可以达到80%。
Rooting experiments of Actinidia arguta were conducted by using different culture medium and different kinds and concentrations of hormone.The optimum culture medium,kinds and concentrations of hormone were selected which is suitable for rooting culture of Actinidia arguta.Result shows that the optimal rooting culture is 1/2 MS+0.4 mg·L^(-1) IBA;the survival rate after transplantation and domestication can reach 80% by using this medium.The type and concentration of hormones affect the rooting of the tissue culture seedlings.Using IBA can obtain the optimal rooting.The tissue culture seedlings are robust.After rooting using this medium,the survival rate of transplanting and domestication can reach 80%.
