摘要
本文以海沃德猕猴桃茎尖分生组织作为基础组织培养材料,从无菌系建立、分化增殖、复壮、生根、驯化炼苗等环节进行试验研究,探寻出海沃德猕猴桃组织培养快速繁育整套技术,可规模化应用于其种苗生产。
Apical meristem obtained from Kiwifruit Hayward were applied as tissue matter for culture through Establishment of aseptic strain,differentiation and proliferation,rejuvenation,rooting and acclimatization.A set of techniques for propagation of kiwifruit Hayward were developed,which can be applied on a large scale.
