摘要
采用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件,模拟了规格2″的新型高压自紧式法兰在不同流体压力和温度下的工作应力状态,并对主要部件的结构强度和密封性能进行了使用安全性校核,得到了其合理的工作压力和温度范围。研究结果对装置的实际安全使用具有重要的参考价值。
The working stress states of new type high pressure self-tightening flange( specifications 2 ") were simulated under different fluid pressure and temperature by using finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench,and safety assessment of the structural strength and sealing properties of the main components were performed and the range of reasonable working pressure and temperature was obtained. The research results have important reference for the actual safe use of the device.
