摘要 对大直径、高压力等级非标法兰垫片的选用进行了分析,利用PV ELITE软件,计算得出不同规格及不同材质的螺栓对法兰结构尺寸的影响。综合考虑法兰设计的合理性及经济性,选用了合理材质及大直径、数量少的螺栓。分析了使法兰3项应力趋近于相应许用应力的条件下,锥颈高度对法兰环厚度的影响规律,得出将法兰锥颈高度与法兰环厚度设定为某一特定值时,法兰的尺寸设计最为经济合理。为ASME大直径、高压力等级非标法兰设计提供了清晰思路及合理建议。 The gaskets selection of non-standard flange with large diameter and high pressure grade was analyzed,and the impact of bolts of different specifications and materials on the flange structure size was calculated by PV ELITE software. Reasonable bolt material and large diameter and small number of bolts were selected with comprehensively consideration of rationality and economy of flange design. In addition,the effects of the height of the cone neck on the thickness of the flange ring under the condition that the three stresses of the flange approach the corresponding allowable stress were also analyzed. It was concluded that the flange design is the most economical and reasonable when setting the flange cone neck height and flange ring thickness to a certain value. Based on the above analysis,the optimization provided clear thinking and reasonable suggestion for ASME large diameter high pressure grade non-standard flange design.
