摘要
设计一种适用于1500 m水深,油气压力为34.5 MPa的304.8 mm管道的连接器锁紧机构的透镜式密封件。该密封件由透镜密封和O型圈密封双重密封组成,具有良好的对中性,可降低毂座法兰的预紧所需的轴向预紧力(减小毂座法兰的尺寸),具有一定的温度补偿能力,适应U级温度(-18~121℃)的工作环境。利用双重密封之间的间隙,设计密封性能测试方案。建立密封件实际模型并对其进行有限元分析,评估密封效果,验证双重密封的合理性和可行性,为样机设计提供理论依据。
A kind of lens type seal was designed,which was applicable to the locking mechanism of the connector of 304.8 mm pipes that worked in the condition of 1 500 m depth of water,oil and gas pressure of 34.5 MPa.The seal is composed of double seals,the lens seal and O-ring,which is easy to keep in the same center line,can reduce the axial pre-tightening force of the hub flange of (to reduce the size of the hub flange),and has a certain ability to temperature com-pensation and is adapted to U level(- 18 ℃ to 121 ℃)temperature of working environment.The sealing test scheme was designed through the gap between double seals.The real model of the seal was established and the finite element analysis was carried out to evaluate the sealing effect.The feasibility of the lens type seal is verified,which provides an important theoretical basis for the prototype design.
