云南省部分猪场贾第虫分子检测与分析 被引量:4

摘要 贾第虫是一种重要的人兽共患肠道寄生虫,可感染人和多种家畜。为获悉云南省猪场的贾第虫感染情况,采用巢式PCR,对4个猪场的129份猪粪便样品进行贾第虫TPI基因序列扩增、测序,构建系统发育树。结果显示,有2个样本为贾第虫阳性,阳性率为1.55%(2/129),均为人兽共患的集聚体B型。该结果说明:云南省猪场内存在贾第虫感染;虽然感染率不高,但存在散播风险。因此,需要加强猪场卫生防疫,做好猪粪便的无害化处理,避免因粪便污染造成疫病流行。 Giardia is an important zoonotic parasite,which can infect humans and a variety of animals.In order to recognize the prevalence of Giardia in several pig farms in Yunnan Province,a total of 129 fresh fecal specimens were collected from 4 farms and tested by nested PCR amplification of the TPI r RNA gene.Then,the detected Giardia was determined by sequence comparison and phylogenetic analysis.The results showed that 2 samples were tested positive for Giardia,with the positive rate of 1.55%(2/129),and the infection types of Giardia from the 2 samples were all agglomerate B.As a result,there was Giardia infection in pig farms of Yunnan province.Although the infection rate was low,the spread risk of Giardia still existed,hence it was necessary to strengthen the sanitary prevention of swine farms,ensure the bio-safety disposal of swine faeces so that the disease transmission caused by fecal pollution could be avoided.
