摘要
目的了解访谈对象对护士激励需求的主观真实体验,为护士激励需求调查问卷的设计和制定提供依据。方法采用现象学研究方法,选取温州地区12位护理与管理方面权威专家进行半结构式深度访谈。结果通过分析、整理,归纳出护士激励需求5个主题:薪酬待遇方面的激励需求,医院管理方面的激励需求,职业发展方面的激励需求,工作环境方面的激励需求,人际关系方面的激励需求。结论融合相关领域多方面的意见,全面深入地了解护士激励需求,筛选出综合性激励条目。
Objective To study the real subjective experience on incentive demand for nurses and provide reference for design and formulation of incentive demand questionnaire.Method 12 experts on nursing and management from Wenzhou receive in-depth semi-structure interview by phenomenological research method.Result 5 themes of incentive demand on salary,incentive demand on hospital management,incentive demand on professional development,incentive demand on working environment and incentive demand on interpersonal relationship are concluded by analyzing and arranging.Conclusion Referring to suggestions from more fields and studying more on incentive demand for nurses can help select comprehensive incentive items.
