摘要
随着高校学生规模的不断扩大,学生成长与生涯发展问题也呈现多样化与个性化特征,以往经验式的生涯辅导模式已经很难满足学生需求。本文从教练技术的核心原理出发,结合大学生生涯辅导的目标和流程,构建了TSOAAP教练式个体生涯辅导模型。按照该模型,具体将教练过程分为建立关系、确立主题、精确目标、制定方案、落实行动、跟进承诺6个阶段进行。生涯辅导中应用教练技术,可以优化生涯辅导模式,引发学生智慧,强化思考力与执行力,提升生涯辅导质量,提高高校就业指导服务水平。
With the continuous expansion of college students,the growth and career development of college students presents diversified and individualized characteristics. In the past,the experiential career counseling model has been difficult to meet the needs of students. This paper,starting from the core principle of coach technology,combining with the goal and process of career counseling,constructs the TSOAAP personal career counseling model. According to this model,the coaching process is divided into six stages：trust,subject,objective,approach,action and promise. The application of coach technology in career counseling helps to optimize the career counseling mode,arouse the students＇ wisdom,strengthen thinking and execution,enhance the quality of career counseling and improve the level of employment guidance services in higher learning institutions.
