婴幼儿配方乳粉中壬基酚污染检测与风险控制探究 被引量:4

摘要 壬基酚是一种环境激素,其对婴幼儿的发育有着很大的影响,所以壬基酚在婴幼儿配方乳粉中的污染有着极高的安全风险。由此相关部门对污染源展开了调查,结果显示婴幼儿配方乳粉当中主要的壬基酚成分来自于乳粉的外包装、生产工序以及原材料。找到壬基酚成分的来源,就可以根据其来源,从源头控制壬基酚在婴幼儿配方乳粉中的污染问题,从根本上解决这些问题。 Nonylphenol is a type of environmental hormone,which has a great influence on the development and health of infants.The contamination of nonylphenol in formula milk powder has a high risk of safety.As a result,the related department carried out investigation on source of contamination.The results show that the main nonylphenol components in infant formula milk powder come from the milk powder packaging,production process and raw materials.With the detection of source of nonylphenol,the control the contamination of nonylphenol in infant formula milk powder can be implemented from the source and solve these problems fundamentally.
