摘要
壬基酚和辛基酚是目前最受关注的环境激素,由于其常被用作化工生产中,因此有可能残留于食品包装材料中,对消费者健康造成影响。文章介绍了壬基酚和辛基酚的危害,着重讨论了国内外检测技术的研究现状以及其目前研究存在的问题,因而在目前食品安全越来越受到重视的环境下,建立一个可靠、有效和快捷的前处理和分析方法有利于避免重大安全事故的出现,对中国食品的安全、健康发展有着更为深远的意义。
nonylphenol and octylphenol is the most concerned environmental hormones,and because they are used as chemical production,they may remain in food packaging materials,and influence the health of customers.It introduces hazards of nonylphenol and octylphenol and it focus on the analysis methods of nonylphenol and octylphenol domestic and abroad as well as the problems of current research,and with more and more attention in the current food safety environment,the establishment of a reliable,effective and efficient pre-processing and analysis the method helps to avoid the emergence of major security incidents,and has a more far-reaching significance on the healthy development of China's food security.
