摘要 针对目前国内的喷灌设备还存在产品质量可靠性差、造价高等问题,进行了滚移式喷灌机动力承载车架和输水支管的结构设计及整机的试验分析,通过有限元理论和C语言计算得出以下结论:(1)车架纵梁的位移从两端向中间逐渐加大,最大相对位移为4.078 mm,车架的刚度能够满足设计要求;(2)为了生产加工、安装和后期维护方便,本次设计输水支管壁厚统一为2.5 mm;(3)自主研发的低能耗滚移式喷灌机在0.15 MPa工作压力下喷洒均匀度系数为0.902,组合平均喷灌强度8.4 mm/h.该滚移式喷灌机结构稳定、工作压力低,进一步推动了新疆畜牧业节水灌溉工程的发展。 At present civil sprinkling equipments have some disadvantages concerned low liability of products quarlity and high cost. In connection with the problems mentioned above,the author made the structure design for the power support frame and water delivery pipe branch of wheel line sprinkling irrigation machine. Meanwhile the experiment analysis for the entire machine has been made. Accordding to the finite element theory and C language calculation,conclusions have been made as follow:(1)The displacement of frame rail increased gradually from both ends to the middle,and the maximum relative displacement is 4.078 mm.The stiffness of the frame meets the design requirement.(2)For the convenience of production,assembly and maintenance,the tube thickness of the branch pipe is always 2.5 mm.(3)The sprinkling uniformity index of the low-power-consumption weel line sprinkling irrigation machine is 0.902 when the working pressure is 0.15 MPa.The combined avarge sprinkler intensity is8.4 mm/h. The wheel line sprinkling irrigation machine has the advantages of stable structure and low head pressure.It could be a promotion for the development of efficient irriagtion engineering for Xinjiang animal husbandry.
