摘要 在对传统不锈钢直进式拉丝机的研究基础上,除了机械结构上进行改进优化,电气方面还增添了PLC模块、电动机变频器模块和角度传感器等先进的自动化元器件,设计制造出了稳定性、自动化程度更高的直进式拉丝机生产线。通过试验的验证发现改进后的拉丝机,在提高直线拉丝机的可靠性方面、生产效率方面和产品质量方面都有显著效果。 On the basis of the study of the traditional stainless steel straight wire drawing machine,in addition to the improvement and optimization of the mechanical structure,the PLC module,the motor frequency converter module and the angle sensor are added to the electric aspects. The design and manufacture of a straight progressive wire drawing machine with a higher degree of stability and higher automatization is designed and manufactured.Production line. Through the test,it is found that the improved wire drawing machine has significant effect on improving the reliability,production efficiency and product quality of the linear drawing machine.
