基于恶臭及有机废气生物处理工程的智慧运管技术研究 被引量:5

摘要 基于现有恶臭及挥发性有机污染物(VOCs)生物处理工程,利用物联网技术,通过数据采集仪器设备及数据通信模式的开发,建立智慧运管平台,实现对多地、多台处理设备的远程统一集中管理。利用该智慧运管技术,在广州某污水处理厂恶臭生物处理系统运行管理的应用中,通过物联网专用4G通信网络,实现了将现场PLC模块采集的数据信息传送到平台中心,用于前端数据分析和管理,并在Web上进行发布,供授权用户随时查询设备运行工况。 Based on the existing odor gas and VOCs biological treatment projects, by using the in- ternet of things technology, through the development of data-acquisition equipment and data-communica- tion mode, intelligent operation management platform is established to realize the remote centralized man- agement of multiple equipment in multi-locations. With the application of the intelligent operation man- agement technology in the operation management of the odor biological processing system in a sewage treatment plant in Guangzhou, through the special 4G communication network, it has been realized that the data information collected by the PLC module is transmitted to the platform center for the analysis and management of the front-end data. In addition, the data information is published on the Web for author- ized users to check the equipment operating conditions.
